MedSoko is a platform that helps patients find medicines at pharmacies, and helps pharmacies, hospitals, and wholesalers manage supply and listings. By using MedSoko you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the service

MedSoko is provided as an information and discovery tool. We do not sell, dispense, prescribe, or deliver medicines. All purchases happen directly between you and the pharmacy.

3. No medical advice

Information on MedSoko is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking, changing, or stopping any medication.

4. Pharmacy listings

Pharmacies are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price, stock status, and contact details. MedSoko does not verify each listing and is not liable for outdated or incorrect information.

Pharmacies that publish public listings consent to having their business name, location (city), and contact phone number visible to the public.

5. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

6. Limitation of liability

MedSoko is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses, damages, or harm resulting from use of the platform or reliance on any information shown.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MedSoko after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
